About Atlantic City

Atlantic City, NJ is conveniently located in South Jersey along the Atlantic Ocean; 60 miles outside Philadelphia and about 120 miles from New York City. Once just woods and dunes, “AC” evolved into a storied resort town. Today, its major attractions include the casinos, beaches, and boardwalks. Want to see historic prohibition-era landmarks from Boardwalk Empire? Curious about those familiar street names from Monopoly? Wondering about AC’s connection to Miss America? Not sure what a jitney is? Never had salt water taffy?
